MVLS represents victims of domestic violence in divorce
and custody cases. MVLS also coordinates a panel of private family law
attorneys who donate their legal services (“pro bono”).
Disability
We provide specialized services to mentally or physically
disabled people with SSI and/or Social Security Disability claims.
Consumer Law
We provide representation in bankruptcies.
Elderly
MVLS represents people 60 years old or older with any
of the above-mentioned problems or whose problems concern nursing homes,
physical abuse, Medicare, or foreclosures.
Education
Cases include special education, school discipline and
quality of education.
